Rental Notice

Terms:

1. Family Dynamics venues are for coaching, game therapy, professional supervision, training and lectures only. If you need to rent the venue for other purposes, you must grant the approval from Family Dynamics. If there are violations, we reserved the right to terminate the rent of rooms and facilities at any time, and the payment is not refundable.
2. The Centre will be temporarily closed during the storm signal of 8 or above and the black rainstorm signal is announced. The centre will be opened after the above-mentioned signal is cancelled after three hours. For details, please refer to the “Room Use Rules” or contact us.
3. After use, the venues must be restored to its original state and need to cleaning up.
4. The hirer is responsible for any damage to the venues or facility.
5. The center will not bear any responsibility for any but not limited to the property loss or personal injury or death is caused by the activities organized by the renter during the rental period.
6. The renter understands and agrees that the activities organized must comply with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
7. The Center reserves the right to make changes to this code without prior notice.

Lease time:

• Leasing hours: Monday to Friday – 9:30 am to 6:30 pm from Saturday – 9 am to 1 pm.
• Each rental section minimum of 1 hour, after 1 hour will be calculated in 15 minutes as part thereafter.

Fee:

Charge in difference time section
Non-peak hours: Monday to Friday – 9 am to 6 pm; Sunday – whole day *.
Peak hours: Monday to Friday – 6pm to 10pm; Saturday whole day.

＊ If you want to rent a counselling room and game therapy room on Sunday, you must obtain the consent of Family Dynamics.

Tin Hau Centre

*Rental equipment charges
(Projector and computer – $100 per hour; Microphone and Audio equipment – $50 per hour; Video equipment – $100 per hour)

**The fee depends on the arrangement of the activity

How to apply

1. Call us to arrange a visit and learn about the rental venue.
2. Sign a rental contract and pay a $500 deposit.
3. If you need to change the date or cancel the rental of the venue, you must notify us 24 hours in advance (for renting counseling rooms and game therapy rooms) or 7 days in advance (for renting small lecture rooms). Otherwise, you need to pay compensation.
4. The rent does not include venue decoration and cleaning.
